Real food, Real Cooking, No drama

My beautiful wife and I were both born in Europe although we grew up as children in the good old USA. I was born in Portugal and Dagmar was born in Germany. We both love to cook. We have a wonderful son Jason and we are teaching him how to be a good cook also.
Now we are hopping to help other people get more involved with cooking.
Cooking is not only easy (with a few basic skills), but it is also fun and rewarding.
We want to help people create great meals, in less time than it takes to order from a phone app, and wait for the delivery.  Fresh food, cooked by you will always be superior to anything else, and it can be faster, easier, and even less expensive.
Our recipe videos, and books are full of short cuts and skills to help new Cooks Among Us, get inspired and get cooking.
